dpanel CMS — User Registration

The user registration module allows visitors to register their details with the site, either to purchase a product, sign up for an event or log into a member’s area of the site; once entered these details can then be managed through the dpanel.

Members’ areas are an increasingly common usage of the user registration module with access to pages limited to specific groups of users, defined and set in the dpanel, often with extra navigation items showing only once a user has logged in.

Data held within the user registration module can be easily exported for offline use in Excel, or can be output in PDF format pre-formatted for Avery printer labels.

Key Benefits

  • Easily collect visitor details and export them to Excel for offline management.
  • Manage access levels for your site’s members’ area and select which registered users belong to which access level.
  • Either require visitors to authorise their registration by following a link that is emailed to them, or allow them to access the members’ resources immediately following registration.

In Use

The User Registration module is used by all shops powered by the dpanel in order to store customer data, as is the case with Stapleford Centre Resources. It can also be used to create a members only section for a website as on Rhema Church London and ILS English.
