dpanel CMS — News

The news module allows the user to add and manage news articles from within the dpanel, these news articles can then be displayed along with any related information on the front-end of the website.

The news module doesn’t have to simply be limited to news, and can readily be converted to manage a site’s events, with start dates, end dates, event descriptions and the ability to add images; it provides the perfect option for communicating upcoming events with a site’s users.

Key Benefits

  • Manage all news articles from one place, publishing and un-publishing with a single click.
  • Add in future articles, set the date you want them to be published from and they’ll be published automatically - no need for further user intervention.
  • RSS feeds for each category so your visitors can receive the most up-to-date news from you directly into their news reader application.

In Use

The news module is used by the Malt Cross to power their interactive homepage showing a range of upcoming events being hosted there.

The news module is also used by Rhema Church London to show church events on their homepage and events section as well as Coventry DBE to keep member schools updated via their news section.
