Comfort Lettings has a strong, iconic brand, with a signature bright green logo and quirky style. Their site is a complimentary online identity with bold use of colour and a vast array of property images.
The site aims to improve the quality of conversions for Comfort Lettings, with bespoke web development of a properties module for the dpanel, which manages and showcases their properties, integrates with third party back-office systems, and contains strong calls to action.
ThiRd Party Integration
As part of their business Comfort Lettings uses a third party software solution to manage many of their back-office processes. It was therefore a requirement that the new site be able to seemlessly integrate with this system, allowing data to be passed along from site visitors filling in forms on the website through to their back-office system with the same speed and reliablity as the rest of their site.
Bespoke Module Development
A common request for more complex sites is some form of bespoke module development, in this case to manage and showcase Comfort Lettings' property portfolio, with a wide range of information captured, being both stored and editable from the dpanel CMS which powers this site.
The bespoke CMS module follows Comfort Lettings' exact requirements with a myriad of options and site-specific customisations, allowing the site to support the way they already work.
Calls To Action
With both custom forms—emailing, saving data, and integrating with third party systems—and user-definable calls to action, the Comfort Lettings site is optimised towards converting visitors to customers.
Google Maps Integration
As part of their drive to provide as much relevant information as possible for each property, Comfort Lettings asked for a range of Google Maps integrations, including embedded street views, interactive maps, and custom location markers.
All combined, these custom Google Maps integrations provide a comprehensive and detailed amount of information on probably the most important aspect of renting a property, it's location.
