Certwood Online ordering website with bespoke product selector

We've been working with Certwood Ltd for over 10 years and have periodically re-designed and built their new sites. This site is their finest yet.

The latest version of the Certwood site features a bespoke interactive tray selector, the ability to order products easily online and a clear distinction between the various sectors of industry served by the company.

Clear navigation between different sectors of the company

Certwood products are used by a variety of industries, ranging from the medical professions to car manufacturing and school classrooms. Each industry has a different set of needs and Certwood supplies different products to meet these needs. 

In order to clearly separate the ranges offered by Certwood, a custom products module was developed, similar to the dpanel shop module, the products module allows Certwood to edit product details and categorise them into the relevant product lines which are then linked to via the main navigation. The products themselves are added and configured by diffuse to allow the bespoke tray selector and other advanced functionality to be maintained.

Bespoke tray selector

When placing an order for Certwood tray systems customers are able to choose from single, double, triple or quadruple depth trays, depending on the product, in a range of colours. In order to reduce the number of errors with orders, diffuse developed a custom javascript popover to build the list of trays according to an on-screen rendering of the final product.

Online order placing

Once a customer has found, selected and customised their order they are then able to submit a price enquiry via the site basket. This is then emailed through to the team at Certwood for them to check, process and respond to the customer.
